Brother Brent C. White, III, is a 3rd year Civil Engineering student at the Illustrious North Carolina Agriculture and Technical University.  He is from Bowie, Maryland, where he resides with his parents and sister. 

Brent was initiated into the North Carolina A&T University Chapter, the Alpha Nu of Kappa Alpha Psi® in the Spring of 2022.  He currently serves as the Polemarch for his chapter. In addition, he is a Kappa Fellow of the 2022 Undergraduate Leadership Institute Kappa Klass.

Aside from leading one of the largest undergraduate chapters, he is a STEM Mentor on campus, is a member of several organizations and honor societies, and is active with his church. Furthermore, he is committed to community service and engages in mission work in the United States and abroad.  Brent has interned with Smoot Construction for the past two summers as a Project Engineer, where he continues to strengthen his skills.

Brent approaches all life experiences according to Luke 1:37 “For with God nothing will be impossible.”

On campus Brent currently serve as a STEM Residential Learning Community mentor, a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, a member of The National Society of Black Engineers, and a member of Metro Aggies, which is a group of North Carolina A&T students who all reside in the DC Metro Area.

Brother White has served with World Vision as a missionary.  World Vision is a Christian Humanitarian Organization. As a youth ambassador, Brent had the opportunity to participate in projects that partner with children, families, and their communities to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice. He served for two weeks in two summers in Peru bringing children to Christ. It was truly eye opening and humbling for him.
